Community Share Offer - Second Share Offer

The primary objective of this Share Offer is to raise funds to refurbish and renovate the Brockweir Inn, having successfully purchased the building from our initial Share Offer in December 2024.

We are offering a Community Share programme. Watch the video above to find out more general information about what Community Shares are. 

We have previously been awarded The Community Shares Standard Mark for our intial Share Offer. Whilst this Share Offer does not carry this mark, we have followed the same principles as our previous share offer. This is awarded by the Community Shares Unit to those offers that meet national standards of good practice.

If you are considering buying shares, it is important that you read the whole of the document and the accompanying Business Plan and Society Rules.

Our Second Share Offer will open on 1 June 2025 and close on 15 June 2025, unless the maximum target is achieved earlier. The Management Committee reserves the right to extend the offer period if it believes it will help achieve the funds required.

Please return your completed application form to us either via email, at shares@thebrockweirinn.com or via post/drop off to the address shown on the form. 

You should receive a confirmation within a few days that we have received your application, and subsequent confirmation that it has been successfully processed.
